I had purchased this car believing that Audi had a decent quality car in the A4. Wrong, bought in Feb 2002 and nothing but quality problems. Cruise control died, tires were not balanced (dealer), sunroof opened by itself, airbag sensor died, recall on tie rods had to be done, turbo died, center armrest kept dropping, and when I was getting rid of it the cruise was in the process of dying yet again. However, when it was running correctly it was one of the nicest, well mannered front wheel drives that I have driven (hence the purchase). The doors and the chassis are real solid. Dealer was good about it and put me in a BMW 323 reasonably.

Review
I purchased this truck to complete home projects which I am working on. It is a two wheel drive with a standard transmission. This truck has an excellent ride and surprising power from the V6 engine. My biggest surprise has been the 20 mpg I am averaging. I'll take the fuel efficiency over a V8 engine any day. The cab is quiet, without much wind/road noise at highway speeds. I also like the floor shifter, although it becomes awkward with three passengers. Turning radius is excellent. It is a good-looking truck as well. I would highly recommend this tuck to someone that simply needs a regular, long-bed pick up truck without all the bells and whistles.

Since purchasing this wonderful automobile I now know for sure that American cars deliver a lot of value for the buck. The car rides and handles extremly well and has a lot of eye appeal. Test drive the SS and you'll be buying one. I did for my wife and she loves it. A complete package of comfort style and conveince all built into one great automobile. With 240 HP the SS will deliver all the power you''ll need.

I have wanted a truck for some time and choose this vehicle over the F-150. My experience so far with this vehicle has confirmed I made the right choice. I particularly like the fact that it does ride very smooth. I don't like the fact that the air conditioner automatically switches back to outside air. I haven't figured that out yet.

While not my first two seater (I've had to very fun to drive Honda CRX's), this is definitely the most fun and quickest that I've ever owned. Yes, I'm a new owner, but I've put a few hundred miles on it in just over 24 hours because I just had to drive it all over Orlando. This car turns heads and gets me the looks. The lines are so smooth on this car and anyone that appreciates the classics should love the trim on this baby. The engine has a low lion's growl to it. Not as storng as a Viper, but it's right there. Tight on corners and quick from the stoplight. I hope to return to update this review in a few months. Don't miss out on this car! ! !

I have had the audi for 1 year and i am counting down the months till the lease is over. The Cvt tranny jerks the car on acceleration. Its been in the shop for dumb problems. It goes fast but customer service at dealers is terrible. This is why i got rid of my wifes VW and when this lease is done i will go back to the BMW. If you can't decide between this and a 3 series, spend the extra few thousand for the BMW you will be happier. Dont get me wrong its comfortable, it performs well and gets great gas mileage for a v6 and it looks nice inside and out its just comming from a BMW and going to this is a vast change in a backward direction.
